Shipping & Returns Q’s
+ Can I place an online order for in-store pickup?
Yes, absolutely. Simply select “store pickup” at checkout: if the item is in stock, you will be notified automatically that the item will be ready for pick up within an hour. If the item is out of stock (you will be notified of this prior to purchase), we will call you once the item arrives and is ready for pick up.
+ When will my order ship and how can I check my order status?
Lightspeed eCommerce is our standard fulfillment agent. You will receive an email for order confirmation and a followup email with tracking information. WooCommerce is our wedding registry fulfillment agent for confirmations only. You will receive an email for order confirmation, order completion, or order status change; you will receive a separate email from urbAna for tracking and delivery confirmation.
+ How long will it take my order to ship?
Delivery times vary. Lightspeed eCommerce sends ETA and tracking info automatically, we send tracking info in all other instances, usually the same day you placed your order.
+ What is your return policy?
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund, returned in the manner you paid. After 14 days, we offer store credit with a valid receipt. We offer store credit for any gift returned with a valid gift receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase.
+ What if I want to exchange a gift?
Exchanges are definitely allowed and can be done at either of our locations with a valid gift receipt.

+ Can I create my gift registry online or only in-store?
Both! Create an online registry here, or contact us to schedule an in-store private registry shopping appointment.
We would love to host you for a private registry event, where you can tour the store, talk with us about gifts, and learn more about building the registry of your dreams. Drinks and yummy indulgent snacks are on us, contact us to learn more.

+ How do I find a specific wedding registry?
Go to the main Registry page, then enter the couple’s name to search.
+ How do add an item to my registry?
Make sure that you are logged into to the shop with the email address used to set up your registry. Then browse our shop for products and click “add to registry” on the product’s page (near the “add to cart” button).

+ How do I share my registry?
Your shareable registry link can be found by going to the main Registry page, searching for and selecting your registry, and copying the link from your browser bar. Download our Registry Help Guide for step-by-step instructions.
If you have a “private” registry, you can find your link on the “details” tab within your manage registry page.

+ How soon will my registry reflect purchases?
Your registry will reflect online purchases immediately.
+ Can I return gifts purchased from my registry?
You can return any of your registry gifts for store credit. We also offer you a 20% discount applicable to all items on your registry if you purchase them yourself; this discount is valid for one year after the wedding date.
+ What is your policy for shipping furniture and other oversize orders?
We typically do not ship furniture to our customers, contact us directly to make arrangements for shipping. We do arrange for delivery of furniture within the local area, which requires an additional $150 delivery fee.
+ What is your return policy for furniture?
All furniture sales are final, unless the furniture is damaged or defective. Please contact us directly if you have an issue with damaged or defective furniture.
+ How do I know if the furniture will fit my home?
The furniture portal includes all relevant information on size, dimensions, weight, availability, delivery timing, etc. In most instances, you will be working with one of our preferred design professionals who can offer professional expertise, sketches, floor plan advice, and more.
+ How do I speak to a real person?
